In the mouth it does not disappoint expectations, giving a corresponding sip, fresh and lively, characterized by very long notes of bitter orange and orange peel. It finishes slightly bitter, making you want to drink it insistently.

Morus Alba IGT 2011 Bianco - Vignai da Duline

The Morus Alba by Vignai da Duline is a Friulian blend of Istrian Malvasia and a small percentage of sauvignon. A wine with a lively personality and character. The small percentage of sauvignon is fundamental, giving structure and strength to the sip which becomes warm and aromatic thanks to the Malvasia. The vines, located in the Duline and Ronco Pitotti vineyards and trained using guyot and sylvoz methods on calcareous soil, are managed entirely organically. No use of herbicides, and only a few rare interventions on the copper and sulfur based vines. The two grapes vinify spontaneously together in barrique, but first a short pre-fermentation maceration is carried out. To give it even more structure and aroma.

Finally, the long refinement which is divided into three steps: first the wine rests for 11 months in French oak barriques of different passages, then it continues with 7 months in steel and finally, after bottling, it remains for another year mature directly in glass.

Vignai da Duline's Morus Alba 2011 is a real champion! Sivi IGT Venezia Giulia 2021 Bianco - Radikon

BIANCO SIVI with a coppery color tending towards onion skin. Complex, persistent aromas with hints of cherry. Slightly tannic, elegant and mineral.
The company technique requires that the destemmed grapes remain in oak vats for 8/14 days in contact with the skins during part of the spontaneous fermentation.
